Katie Levitt

Katie Levitt is a second year at the University of California, Santa Barbara seeking a degree in Biopsychology. Katie is extremely passionate about health equity amongst women. She is eager to expand the conversation on the biological bias placed on women through research focused on neurobiology and female hormones. Katie is interested in pursuing nursing in the future, and hopes to advocate for healthcare equity amongst all fields. She is excited to be apart of such a female driven team in the Jacobs Lab. In her free time, Katie enjoys dancing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
