Lab awarded NIH R01

The Jacobs Lab is the recipient of an NIH R01 from the National Institute of Aging to study of the impact of chronic hormone suppression on the human brain. The large-scale, multi-site, longitudinal project "Impact of gonadal steroid suppression on regional and global brain architecture and cognition" (R01-AG063843) will take place at UCSB and UCSD with collaborator Matt Panizzon, Ph.D.
